Congratulations to Brad and Katherine who have been awarded regional winners for the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) Multi Unit Franchisee of the Year Award!
Brad and Katherine took out the Vic/Tas title, announced on Friday 6th August at a Gala Awards dinner at the Crown Casino.
The detailed award criteria judged covered 11 key areas including business performance & systems, staff recruitment & development, local marketing & customer service and community contributions.
The Excellence in Franchising Awards celebrates – both regionally and nationally – the success of hard working Australian small business people in the franchising sector. The FCA had a record number of entries this year for the awards, including top franchise brands such as Bakers Delight, 7-Eleven and Pack & Send. So this win is a wonderful indication of the dedication and results from Brad and Katherine within the franchise community.
Brad & Katherine are the franchise owners of our Eastland, Doncaster, Knox and Chermside stores. Their success is largely due to their emphasis on high customer service, which is monitored by mystery shopper reports. The results of the reports are fed back to the staff at their stores and rewards are given for strong results. Financial bonuses are also given to high-performing store managers. This dedication to staff well-being and performance has enabled Brad and Katherine to achieve strong growth in the last financial year and makes them worthy winners of this Award.
