Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are more than happy to offer an exchange, credit note or refund on the following terms:

• Goods must be presented within 14 days of purchase with a Matchbox register receipt as proof of purchase
• Goods must be unused and in the original packaging and condition in which they were purchased

If you do not have a Matchbox receipt, we will only offer an exchange or credit note for any product, provided Matchbox currently has stock of the product and the product is in its original packaging and condition. The credit amount will be the current sale price in store.

In addition, you are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the products you've bought are:

• Faulty
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you
• Not doing what they're supposed to do

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as it must be presented when returning goods. Bank statements do not constitute a receipt.
