Serves: 16

  • 1 cup of smooth peanut butter (I used M's regular non-pure PB here)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of plain flour
  • 1 large handful of choc chips

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the choc chips together (you will need some vigorous stirring to make sure the peanut butter fully mixes in with the egg)
  2. Add the choc chips and stir through
  3. Roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into bowls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  4. Press down with a fork (dip the fork in flour to stop it sticking to the cookies)
  5. Bake at 160c for 10-15 minutes
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving
