  1. Make mini cupcakes. 
  2. Prepare batter following recipe directions. 
  3. Bake and cool mini cupcakes.
  4. Decorate mini cupcakes. 
  5. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. 
  6. Tint portions green and red. 
  7. Use tip 102, a cut disposable decorating bag and green icing to pipe a ruffle around the outer edge of the cupcake.
  8. Use tip 102, a cut disposable decorating bag and red icing to pipe two ruffles around the inner portion of the cupcake.
  9. Position icing decoration, supporting with icing if needed.
