• 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • ½ small red onion finely diced
  • ½-whole red chili finely diced
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • Handful of fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 1 lime


Place minced garlic, diced onion, sliced chili and sea salt in your mortar. Using the pestle, break down the mix into a rough paste. Add coriander leaves and grind into the mixture until well combined.

Transfer mix to a serving bowl, add avocado, mash and mix together with a fork. Add the juice of 1 lime and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with veggies, corn chips, with eggs, bbq or if you're like me on pretty much everything! Yummm!
